Simple to set up and use - PremiumResponse

According to the latest FTC regulations, I must tell you that I'm a professional reviewer and I get paid if you buy a product after clicking on an affiliate link. I get paid whether I give a negative review or a positive review so do not think that a negative review on my site automatically precludes my getting paid from your purchase. Of course, I'm not sure why you would buy something I tell you not to buy but if you do buy it, I will get paid.

Review Title	Simple to set up and use
Review	This is a great system for my business as I have multiple websites and I can use this one system for all of them and have the Instant Answer database customized for each website. This is not something I could do with Kayako. They wanted me to pay a separate fee for every website so i ended up just using 1 master website for all my support but that meant my knowledge base was completely useless.
